Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FeaturePulse, an embeddable changelog and feature request widget with a dashboard, provided by FeaturePulse (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address and are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep access to that mailbox secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

• Don’t use FeaturePulse for anything illegal, for spam, malware or phishing, or to harass people.
• Don’t try to bypass rate limits, access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
• Embed the widget only on websites you own or are allowed to modify.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the changelog entries you publish and the ideas your visitors submit to your projects. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for moderating the ideas submitted through your widget.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan costs $9 per month, billed monthly in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing → Manage subscription; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep FeaturePulse fast and available, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the paid plan we will refund any unused prepaid period.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using FeaturePulse and delete your projects at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
